Scottsdale SENIOR Magazine welcomes Arizona Pain Management.
Arizona Pain Specialists is the realization of a dream that started over a decade ago. The practice was founded to be the premier pain program in the country. Our passion for comprehensive pain management and world-class care are the core beliefs of the entire practice. We are guided by the simple question: “Is this the treatment we would want for our Mom or Dad if they were in pain?”
Our physicians measure among the best in the country. They are double Board Certified, teach at a national level, and trained in the country’s leading Interventional Pain Fellowships. Our comprehensive team approach includes on-site chiropractic care, acupuncture, behavioral therapy, an open-MRI, and a procedure center.
Our research department pushes our clinics to the forefront of a rapidly advancing field. Our pain team not only employs the latest clinically-proven pain management techniques, but is actively defining the discipline’s future.
At Arizona Pain Specialists, we are passionate about treating those who suffer from pain. We empathize with chronic pain’s burden on you and those closest to you. We provide life-changing, intelligent, and comprehensive pain treatments.

A new magazine, with a very special focus, is coming to Arizona. Its name says it all: Scottsdale SENIOR Magazine. The introductory Spring 2010 issue debuts in late March/early April. Scottsdale SENIOR Magazine will be filled with information and articles that are useful and interesting to seniors and their families. Best of all, all future issues—not just the introductory issue—are complimentary.
Scottsdale SENIOR Magazine can be picked up in the lobby or reception area of many local hospitals, medical buildings, physician’s offices, senior centers, as well as some financial planning and legal service offices, and other convenient locations. The magazines will be easy to find in their own special table-top or free-standing-floor racks. Complimentary home-delivery by-mail subscriptions are also available.
SENIOR Magazine, Inc, the parent publishing company, is in its fifth year of successfully publishing four versions of SENIOR Magazine—each with articles exclusive to the individual area. They are: Colorado Springs SENIOR Magazine serving 26,330 readers in Colorado; Denton County SENIOR Magazine and Collin County SENIOR Magazine serving 50,300 readers in Texas, and Texoma Area SENIOR Magazine serving 18,900 in North Texas and Oklahoma.
Each advertiser-supported regional SENIOR Magazine is printed in full-color on glossy paper. As with its sister publications, the articles and stories in Scottsdale SENIOR Magazine are written by local professionals, targeted to the concerns and interests of local readers who are 50 and older. Emphasis is on providing information relevant to quality health and wellness issues, along with legal and financial topics, and lifestyle information.
With the addition of Scottsdale SENIOR Magazine, Gary Jacobson joins SENIOR Magazine, Inc as associate publisher of Scottsdale SENIOR Magazine. Gary’s roots go deep in the Valley of the Sun. He attended Arizona State University in Tempe in the 1970s; and his daughter Carly graduates from dad’s alma mater during December 2009. Jacobson’s professional life has revolved around building relationships and servicing client accounts for 20 years as a printing industry sales representative. Most recently he was Golf Sales Manager for the Wigwam Resort where he also functioned as the Golf Ambassador; a natural progression for him as he was a competitor on International and American PGA tours, tying for fifth in the 1977 US Open. He also competed in the 1978 Masters golf tournament.
“I am enthusiastic and pleased to be instrumental in bringing this fine publication and service to the seniors of the Valley of the Sun.” says Gary Jacobson. “Although we’re focusing our initial efforts in the greater Scottsdale area, we do plan to extend the circulation over time to more of the Valley of the Sun.”

Gary – way to go par shooter – how are ya?? I am working with Craig Pratt and he may join the Prove it and Win team as an investor/marketing manager and who knows. We may be a good advertising client for you. I have always wanted to approach the -well to do – Seniors that have sons, daughters and grand children. I want to speak with you and see if our product would give them value in that they would feel good/great that they gave their sons, daughters and grand children “The Greatest Career Planning – Career Coach Systeml” on the market. Go to my web site. We are adding an on-line e-Learning class that teaches everyone how to build both an on-line eFolio and Prove it and Win Portfolio at the same time – twice the benefit for the same effort. Will explain when we talk – call me 612-382-7781

Hello,
I am interested in learning what employment opportunities are available at AZ SENIOR Magazine. I worked with Weider Health and Fitness (publisher of SHAPE, Men’s Fitness, Flex and M&F) for three years as a Typesetting Coordinator/Proofreader. I love the magazine publishing field and am very excited that there will soon be a publication for a very large and vibrant boomer/senior population.
Thank you.
