According to Bob Reiss in his new book “Bootstrapping 101”, there are 12 attitude attributes that can put you in the right mindset for achieving entrepreneurial success.  Here is number 10. 

Maintain a strong work ethic
Your employees will follow your lead. It will also help you beat your competition by outworking them, particularly when your product or service is very similar. 

Observers see entrepreneurs as those willing to accept a high level of personal, professional and/or financial risk to pursue opportunity.  As part of the SENIOR Magazine training program, we cover topics from proper attire, creating a list of potential advertisers and setting up appointments with those advertisers to proper, responsive follow up.  There is nothing more impressive than going to a meeting with a potential client and striking up a conversation that demonstrates what you know about them or their practice. What does it take to be successful? Ambition, personal drive, motivation, desire and perseverance are the forerunners. Without these, all the skills and experience in the world will not enable you to succeed. However, combine those with your personal skills and experience, and you will have what it takes.
