Gary Jacobson
Publisher (Scottsdale, Arizona)
Gary Jacobson’s roots go deep in the Valley of the Sun. He attended Arizona State University in Tempe in the 1970s; and his daughter Carly graduated from dad’s alma mater December 2009. Jacobson’s professional life has revolved around building relationships and servicing client accounts for 20 years as a printing industry sales representative. Most recently he was Golf Sales Manager for the Wigwam Resort where he also functioned as the Golf Ambassador; a natural progression for him as he was a competitor on International and American PGA tours, tying for fifth in the 1977 US Open. He also competed in the 1978 Masters golf tournament.
“I am enthusiastic and pleased to be instrumental in bringing this fine publication and service to the Baby Boomers in the Valley of the Sun,” says Gary Jacobson. “Although we’re focusing our initial efforts in the greater Scottsdale area, we do plan to extend the circulation over time to more of the Valley of the Sun.”

Gary-All our work paid off. It is a remarkable layout! Great job by you and your team. Yes, let’ Give Sondra Barr the writing credit. I can’t wait to get the copies into my hands to pass out. When will they be available? Thanks for this great opportunity to be part of the upcoming issue. – Mike Chamberlin Terry Hopkins of The Manor Village Life Centers reported that their leads from newspaper advertising virtually dried up in late spring but they were still getting calls from their ad in Scottsdale LIVING WELL Magazine. I want to share with you that I got a call today from L W in Mesa, Arizona. She had seen the SottoPelle advertisement in a copy of Scottsdale LIVING WELL Magazine she picked up in a doctor’s office while waiting for her daughter. She forgot to take one with her so she called me for your number. All she could remember was that it said something about “testosterone therapy” and had a picture of a doctor at the bottom. She said she got my number from the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce. I sent her the Fall/Winter issue with your ad and put her on our subscription list. I’m sure she will be calling you. I love getting calls like this. As always, we are greatly appreciative of your efforts and gratified that so many people who come to us comment on the articles and your magazine.Best, |
